The agile process
Take a desired system.
- Break it down by desired features
- Add the features to a Prioritised list
- Do the most important ones
- “Prove” you have implemented them
- Put it into production
- Reflect on how that went and tweak the details of how you did it
Repeat until your customer asks you to stop.
There, that’s not so hard … is it?
